Todd Spickard has extensive experience representing businesses and
individuals involved in complex business disputes and tort litigation in Texas
State and Federal Courts.
The business litigation practice includes partnership disputes, shareholder
claims, patent litigation, technology licensing, insurance claims, banking
litigation, fiduciary duty litigation and contract disputes.
The tort litigation practice includes premises liability, products liability,
construction liability, negligence, personal injury, wrongful death and dram
shop claims.
Mr. Spickard also advises entrepreneurs, small and medium sized businesses
on a variety of business issues, including dispute resolution, corporate
formation, contractual issues and estate planning.
Prior to forming Spickard Law P.C., Mr. Spickard was a partner with the
Dallas office of Brown McCarroll, L.L.P., a large Texas law firm.
